Hello Joe, Thank-you for the forms. Well we didn’t have a chance to talk on Saturday but I really, really want to talk to you about what you think about opening a “TRAIN” in Ventura county. I have always wanted to start a gym but I know there is a lot of competition. One thing about my gym would be that I would have PROPTA backing me up….:-} Hopefully, we can talk on Saturday.
