Claude Groulx Master Mr. Olympia,was my instructor , and he helped us tremendously to receive the certificates. He was very professional , and during the lectures took his time to explain everything we needed to know in detail. This certificate has helped me on a personal level to achieve fitness goals i would never dreamed of reaching on my own.
