Professor Fernando Adrian Olsen offers the following certification programs in Japan:
The course is held in Aichi-ken Toyota-shi Japan (MXFUSION GYM) “”Address below””. These courses include lectures, hands on practical application and proper bio-mechanics.
All students must participate to learn and perform on an educational basis.
It is advisable not to miss any lectures from the curriculum because a lot of material is covered at the time of lecture.

  • 6 weeks 2 certification course (Nutrition and Personal Trainer),
  • Home Study course (Nutrition or Personal Trainer),

All materials are included in the course program.
6 weeks certification course: (2 certification Courses “Personal Trainer & Nutrition Tech)

  • -150 days to complete
  • -written exams submitted by e-mail only
  • -CPR certification required for graduation
  • -One On One instructions with Fernando Olsen
  • -Practical exams for both courses for completion and graduation

Home Study Course: ( 1 certification “Personal Trainer or Nutrition Tech”)

  • -90 days to complete
  • -written exam submitted by e-mail only
  • -CPR certification required for graduation
  • -One On One instruction if needed with PROPTA Director Mr. Fernando Adrian Olsen (additional fee required)

Practical exam is mandatory for completion and graduation
Please allow 2 weeks for exams correction and delivery of material

Personal Trainer Certification outline

Course Description:

Strength training, muscular development, preventing injuries, proper stretching, improving balance, flexibility, mobility and stability, improving bone density to help combat osteoporosis, propter spotting and proper biomechanics, train anyone for any sport safely, success business principles, presentation and sales techniques.

Course Objective:

Upon successful completion of the course, student will be able to:

  1. Understand proper application of principles of weight resistance science
  2. Understand the Human Anatomy
  3. Understand Proper Bio-mechanics
  4. Understand training methods for muscle strength, cardio-respiratory fitness, endurance and flexibility.
  5. Understand exercise instruction

Nutrition Tech Certification outline

Course Description:

Digestion system and Protein, carbohydrates, and fat digestion, vitamins and minerals, fluid replacement, diet & will power, eating for energy, fat metabolism, weight management, performance nutrition, application and monitoring, thermoregulation and hydration.

Course Objective:

Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to:

  • Have a clear understanding about the digestive system and its functions.
  • Have an understanding of protein, carbohydrate and fat and how these nutrients are essential to a balanced and healthy life style.
  • Understand vitamins and minerals
  • Understand portion control and to be able to guide clients on the basics of nutrition.
  • Understand and implement food diary to help enhance guidance and service.
  • Understand food label
  • Understand meal timing for better performance and fat loss without muscle loss.
  • Fat testing and measurements
  • Guide clients to make proper food choices for better results.
