So, this just happened, and I am overjoyed with happy feelings because PROPTA gave me one of the most memorable experiences in my life. I highly recommend getting certified by PROPTA.

They offer an extensive number of certifications for personal trainers, nutritionist, weightlifting coaches, dance & fitness instructors, youth & health fitness coaches and kickboxing instructor certifications. The certifications are globally recognized and have affiliations in a hundred and eighty-three nations in the Americas, Europe and Asia.

I was trained by the best because the instructors and even the owner, Joe Antouri, held titles such as former Mr. USA and former world kickboxer and boxer champions. I felt like a entered a family because the owner, teachers and coaches were rooting for me and made sure that I passed.

I was offered personal zoom meetings if there was any information I that I did not understand. I was receiving email check-ins regularly asking me how my studies were going and asked if I had any questions. Because of my coaches’ expertise my kickboxing skills improved in many ways. They taught me to execute more technical moves with more precision and ease. So, they made me certified bad ass. LOL.

What I can really attest to is that the education and training was excellent and one of kind. The personal touch that PROPTA employees offered did not stop once I got certified because we are still in touch today. Thanks, PROPTA.
