also… i think it is great idea to do the training program with you guys as well, thanks for the heads up! and i love going to expos andtrade shows so if you dont mind feel free to keep me informed. i believe i might be going to an expo this saturday and then i will beat mr. olympia in vegas the weekend after with OC Nutrition (thatsthe place i did my internship at)… im very excited!!:)talk to you soon, Ali Pavoni
