More than a decade ago I took PROPTA certification course under Joe Antouri. I have to say that it was one of the best things that has ever happened to me. Simply because PROPTA is not your usual personal trainer certification course. They are absolutely HANDS ON, which is crucial in teaching students how to perfect and master the essential skills of the craft. All PROPTA students have access to professional athletes who interact directly with them, along with founder Joe Antouri and former professional bodybuilding champion Mike “the Zipper” Sable.
Both Joe and Mike are widely regarded as leaders in the industry.

PROPTA is the Rolls-Royce of personal trainer certification platforms, and I highly recommend them to any serious student who wishes to pursue a career in personal training.
