Inmates may begin their Certification coursework either while incarcerated with PROPTA books and exams or during halfway house transition by access to online Certification courses digital learning, with a 90-day completion timeline for each course. Upon full release, PROPTA renews certifications free of charge, updating the official date to reflect reentry and providing free access to continuing education, including recorded lectures and advanced educational resources.
