The Procedure:
It is simple, confidential, and inexpensive...

Place your order by phone, fax, or online. A representative will discuss the draw site locations and test options.
You are referred to the Patient Service Center (PSC) blood draw site of the major clinical laboratory nearest you. We provide the necessary order. You must have the orders and requisition from USPTA.Inc prior to going to the lab/PSC.
Confidential results mailed directly to you within a few days.We do not place any results online for privace protection.

USPTA.Inc  has contracts with major certified clinical laboratories. The labs have Patient Service Centers or draw centers, staffed by certified phlebotomists - experts in blood draws. There are over 600 PSC's California , providing a location close to you.

Your zip code will help us determine which lab is most convenient. You will be given information as to fasting requirements, business hours, address information, etc. We then mail you a package containing the necessary requisition/order that you will take to the USPTA.Inc  with instructions. YOU MUST HAVE THE ORDERS/REQUISITION FROM USPTA.Inc  BEFORE YOUR BLOOD CAN BE DRAWN.

Your blood is drawn at the PSC and then processed by that lab. After your blood is drawn at the lab's PSC, the report will print in our office within 24-48 hours. We mail the results confidentially to you with a description of the test(s) you receive. If instructed by you, we will also fax a copy to your Physician or healthcare provider, upon receipt of a HIPAA release.

You may pay by credit card or paypal. The prices listed does not include the draw at the PSC site which is $5.00 only. Additional shipping may be added for those outside the USA.

Please add $5.00 shipping & handling for all orders in the continental USA. After an order is processed, you may not cancel and no refund will be applied.

Because our prices are extremely discounted, we do not file insurance claims.
