entering into a contract to pay a total of 3 payments of $400.00 dollars each
totalling $1200.00 as a full payment for the Academy curriculum. You must not be
late for any payment and all payments must be submitted by the 1st of each two
weeks before starting of class. Late payment are subject to a $100.00 late fee
payable directly to the PTA along with the regularly scheduled payment every
month.

As an applicant you will have the choice of obtaining a certification in one of the following:
Private Trainer,
Group Exercise Instructor,
Dance & Fitness Instructor,
Olympic Weight Lifting Coach,
Youth & Health & Fitness Instructor.
Along with one of these certifications it will be mandatory to get certified as a Nutrition Consultant.
You will obtain Two Certifications upon your graduation. Everything is included in the fee for your program.
You will be tested on both certification, no exceptions.

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics predicts that employment will increase from 177,790 fitness workers in 2003 to 263,947 by 2012.
The number of health clubs offering personal trainers has also risen from 42 percent in 1996 to 71 percent in 2003.
More companies are becoming concerned with their employee’s state of health and have begun a nationwide movement to help their employees seek out not just better healthcare, but an overall healthier lifestyle. This involves everything from reimbursement to employees for certified workouts, to needing qualified people to advise companies on their in-house health programs. In the last three years alone, this trend has increased 8 percent throughout the entire nation.

The PTA is proud to commence another certification location supervised and run
by the IFBB PROS. The Academy 6 week course will be an
intensive, hard core, hands on curriculum set for the eager individual to obtain
and experience first hand from the experts, the IFBB PROS.
The next Academy course will be held on June 14th -2008.....Mark Your Calendar! Please apply in advance to insure proper placement and
material.
By enrolling, all students will obtain 2 certifications,
mandatory. A private trainer certification & a Nutrition Consultant
certification. The PTA & the IFBB PROS directors examiners believe without
nutrition applied there will be no results gained.
All enrollments must apply byJune 14th -2008 before the start of the academy
to insure proper placement. |

| Qualifications |
Applicants must have a high school diploma (level 1 trainer) or a bachelor degree from a University (Level 2 trainer) or you must be a professional athlete or have won a competition along with a health associated degree from a University (professional level).
All application will be checked for proper information with schools and Universities in the USA. IF you did not study in the US you must present documentation's to prove your status. No Exceptions
All applications must be approved by the PTA before commencing the program or the Academy. All fees must be paid to insure placement and material. IF your application is not approved you will get a full refund within 7 days of declining your application.
The PTA is recognized and accepted World Wide. We are a proud family & we hold high standard for all.

| Attendance |
All applicants are required to attend all 6 week course to insure proper education, you are allowed to miss 2 days for sickness. Proof is required. Rules are implemented to insure competency in the curriculum.

| Fees |
Academy Fee is $1200.00 for the full course of 6 weeks.This includes all material and exams.
Certification & card will be mailed to you upon graduation.
Please allow 2 weeks for delivery of Certification.
Payment Plan: $400.00 at the first of every two weeks before the start of the class. no exceptions. late payments will be charged a late fee of $100.00 if 2 weeks late you will be expelled from the academy and no refund will be given.
